And it is certainly light-hearted—
But, it gets a really good message across. Learn about what stem cells are and where they come from and what they can do, before making a decision.

Crossfit Portland is holding a “Bring Your Friend” day where anyone who hasn’t done crossfit can learn first hand what we’re always going on about.
Some things you may learn during the hour and a half: what is a burpee and how to do it, Yes-you can you do a handstand, how long does it take to run around the block, and how many variations of the snatch are there.
You most certainly will have a good time though and find out how much fun it can be to get in shape. Click the link above for more info. The registration fee goes toward The Franny Fund. If you have any question, just message me and I’ll get back to you asap, or leave a comment below.
Here’s an overview of what went down Saturday morning in downtown Portland.
It was alot of fun and we definitely got some crazy looks, not only from the groups of runners going by but also the wedding party that was trying to take pictures while we were doing the event.
Check it out here
and they look great if I do say so myself.
Franny in her new electric wheelchair! Franny has been going to Shriners hospital for therapy to help in her recovery from her hip surgery, and the equipment rep said he had a chair available if Franny wanted it. Needless to say, he didn’t have to ask twice. Once they got it to the house, she kept asking me if we really got to keep it. I think she’s pretty stoked! Now she will be able to do things she’s never done before, namely chase her sister around.
Well, those participating don’t know either, but here are photos from last year to give you an idea!

6 more team spots are available!!
If you don’t want to do the Hustle you can still participate by coming down and cheering everybody on. T-shirts will also be available to anyone that wants them. Keep checking here for more info.
Check it outIt’s a good article. More and more Doctors are seeing the benefits and low risk of Adult stem cells, and the more people travel abroad to get the treatment, and the more people get the word out, than hopefully more and more Doctors will study and utilize adult stem cells here in the US.

The funds are coming in and everybody that has donated, we wish to thank you so much. It never fails to amaze me how generous people are and always causes me to stop and look at the world in a much more positive light. But, we do have a long way to go. Unfortunately getting to Germany and staying there, meals, lodging, all of that has to be paid for. And on top of that is the cost for the actual treatment. The possibilities that this treatment can open up for Franny are huge and will positively effect the rest of her life. So please, if you can take a minute and send this out to whomever you can, anyone you think might can donate big or small, it is enormously appreciated.
Also, t-shirts for the Hawthorne Hustle are coming along nicely and will be available before the event for anyone that would like to purchase one, or more. If you don’t live in the area, we will gladly mail shirts out.
Thank you!!!!
